The Excellent ramp system is probably the strongest ramp system in the world. We continually test our ramps, to prove they can withstand any of the conditions they will be subjected to under use.

Here is an example of a somewhat unusual test:

We constructed a ramp measuring 4.5 x 12 meters, after which a combat ready Leopard II tank (weighing 62 tons) from the Jutland Dragoon Regiment drove over the ramp. Niether the ramp nor the tank ;-) suffered any damage during the test and the only trace left by the "big lady" was mud on the ramp from the tank tracks.

We often receive inquiries about whether our ramp system can withstand the weight of an electric wheelchair. We feel that this test speaks for itself!
